THE COLD TRUTH BEHIND FELIX & THERE SUPER NASTY ETHICS & CATCH 22 CHEAP DEALS...

Before I start just to clear up...

It's not what's happened. It's what's not happening.

The hollow sales pitch of a company based on smoke screens, bells & whistles possibly run by a bunch of amature wanna be clowns.

I mean Despite the issue,. That surely shouldn't take you into a 2nd wk to activate their own sim,

Especially when they state its simple & only takes a few minutes.

5 days of being polite as pie sitting on their live chat & email list. Whilst their customer help team send me around in circles over & over.

You tell them as this has happened before, what the issue is, where it is & even tell them what needs to be done.to rectify it.

lol They even told me day 5 they know what the issue is & that they can fix it. Then send you back in the same circles.

Then they told me they can't fix it through email & to download & open FELIX app & join live chat.

OFf which I told them I had done day one & how, i'm still in live chat for the 5th going on 6th day running.

Live chat tells you a team member will be with you asap every like 2mins untill they close then they tell you a team member will reply as soon as they return to work tomorrow & you WILL get a reply in the morning.

Now not sure what the morning actual means From the mouths of Felix

But I'm pretty sure it don't mean leave you sitting in live chat for another 3-4 days each time assuring you at the end of each day, that the following morning you WILL get a reply.

Then you lightly express your feeling to Felix on the 7th day they've wasted of yours with out the slightest care in the world as if they believe their customers lives purely revolve around waiting for the next Felix LIE to be revealed.

All whilst they Make sure to press every one of your hate buttons without actual even speaking to a real person that doesn't either send you back to day one, handball you over to some one else or simply disappear & never come back.

whilst yet again starting the same EI process as day one.

My favourite bit if you can finally get a number to call & have a chat with their help team..

Which for those struggling to get a number as I had...

1300-80*-*** & no need to thank me as you'll either laugh or cry when you ring them, as you get a voice recording telling you to leave your name an email address, phone number & details for your call inquiry

Then get told you'll be waiting a number of days before they even bother to listen to your message & that's if anyone listens to it at all.

Then your told to open the Felix app & contact them through live chat & that golden Felix LIE , that one of their help team will help you as soon as.

& Guess what?... your then told to leave your email in live chat after some one asks how they can help & disappear by the time they've pressed send

& then EI tells youto leave your email info, & if you don't leave email address that there is a good chance the team won't be able to respond which means no help for you.

LikeWtf

& then you simply wait for days wIth no response

& boy, & I mean OH BOY!!

If you weren't having anger issues before now. You can pretty much guarantee you will be by this point.

Now the fun fact is... I've since contacted VODAFONE as I needed data & gotta say HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE DOWN THERE.

Now sadly VODAFONE may cost a little extra on the deals but companies like FELIX make those few extra penny's WELL worth it

& just imagine how many years extra you'll get to live your life rather than spending it getting mucked around waiting for peeps like Felix to jerk you around for maybe wks each time you need help.

& Guys, If their that backed up helping customers, then they clearly are just honestly blowing cotton candy smoke right up, deep into your rear located chocolate freckled stink hole,

When they preach about being number 1 trusted company.

More like Blah blah blah. Cuz VODAFONE presented with the same issues FELIX are. Had me sorted & connected my SIM. of which only took VODAFONE 1 HELP TEAM MEMBER maybe 5mins tops to rectify the issue that FELIX HAVE TAKEN SO FAR THE BEST OF 2WKS & STILL ARE SCREWING ME AROUND WITH THEIR LIES & THEIR HUFF'N'PUFF OF COTTON CANDY SMOKE AS THEYVE SHOWN NO & STILL SHOW NO SIGN OF EVER...

WAIT ...

OH WOW!

I just near on slightly soiled my near clean undies. NICOLE from FELIX HELP TEAM has just txtd me on live chat asking how she can help & vanished before I could even reply & then got their EI poxy Botsy to txt straight after NICOLE all within 30secs give or take to tell me to leave my email or there's a good chance a team member won't be able to contact me in order to help.

Mind you what's crazy is...

They tell you to turn notifications on, so you can go about doing other things & reply when you hear the ping.

Then tell you after waiting all day for days on end on your 9th day asking for help to leave your email if you want help. WELL Wtf Felix you piece of WtfWtfWtfWtfWtf

But I shall persist as I'm keen to see just how messed up this number one trusted mobile network really are & shall keep you guys informed.

But seriously guys VODAFONE have saved my butt in regards to keeping me in touch with my friends & loved ones as well as on track with appointments ect.

So if your looking for a trusted phone network that's easy to get a hold of.

Strictly going by my short experience & very brief encounter with them,

Then don't be shy to try VODAFONE as Felix may have cheaper deals but as they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Or in my case DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

& again before I continue waiting

Activation SIM card

Felix Mobile - Activation SIM card

Okay, I am sending this matter to be resolved to TIO, as I have been scammed with my purchase. All in all, $60 with no service, no data when I activated it to begin with, and no one there to fix it.

This is absolutely not fair for a vulnerable pensioner, suffering from a medical condition, to be treated in this way. I reserve my right to take this issue further if it is not resolved in 7 days. My Email: hamdami46@***.com. My phone : 042280****.

Felix customer service is a non existent joke

Customer service is a *** show. There was no customer service.

When customers have no service, data or call what is the point if offering online chat. How about offering a service talking to a person. Having no service now has been four times in the past two months.

Im glad there was was no emergency situation because I couldn't receive or make calls. I will no longer recommend this company.
